By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, or by booking any coaching sessions, workshops, or assessments with Sushildatta Shinde (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Services Offered
Sushildatta Shinde provides:
– Private, 1-on-1 digital wellness and behavioral habit coaching.
– Corporate workshops, masterclasses, and keynote presentations on digital hygiene, cognitive focus, and workplace well-being.
– Educational self-reflection assessments, habit frameworks, and digital toolkits.

All services are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute clinical therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric diagnosis.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, downloadable PDF guides, audio/video recordings, and custom code—are the intellectual property of Sushildatta Shinde and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
– You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
– You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, republish, or license any coaching frameworks, course content, or assessment tools without prior written authorization.

3. Coaching Engagements & Cancellations
For clients participating in 1-on-1 coaching or scheduled corporate workshops:
– Scheduling & Rescheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated scheduling tools. If you need to reschedule a private coaching session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
– Punctuality: Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of when the client joins, to respect subsequent client bookings.

4. Payments & Refunds
– Payment Terms: All fees for coaching packages, masterclasses, or consulting engagements must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless an installment plan is agreed upon in writing.
– Refunds: Because our coaching programs involve dedicated personal time, custom habit analysis, and proprietary frameworks, coaching fees are generally non-refundable once the initial strategy session has taken place. Any request for program credit or exceptions must be submitted in writing to hello@sushildattashinde.com.

5. Client Conduct & Mutual Respect
We are committed to providing a supportive, professional, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any coaching engagement or access to community resources without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, or unethical behavior.
